The first book is charged at £3.50. All books after the
first book are charged at an additional 50p per copy. If you order over 20
books in total then postage is free of charge.
1 book - £4.95
2 books - £6.95
3 books - £8.95
4 books - £10.95
5-24 books - £15.00
25-49 books - £30.00
50-99 books - £50.00
100-199 books - £75.00
200 books plus - charge is equal to 5% of the net value of the order
Rest of the World
1 book - £8.95
2 books - £12.90
3 books - £16.85
4 books - £20.80
5 books or more - charge is equal to 35% of the net value of the order
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your UK order to you in
5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 15 days.
Although we ask to please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Returns Policy for Quay Books, A Division of MA Healthcare
We love all our books, and hope that you will too, but if you want to return
your order then that's ok. Returns are accepted for any reason within the 30
day guarantee period (this period begins on the date on the invoice) or within
8 working days of receiving goods. Customers returning goods are advised to use
registered post or recorded delivery, as Quay Books cannot issue refunds for
returned items lost in transit.
To return your order please do the following:
1. Make a note for your reference of the order number and title(s) given on the

3. Indicate whether you would like a replacement.

Customers with the wrong item, a duplicate, or who have been sent something
which was not ordered are requested to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the
details (name, address, date on invoice, invoice number, item received, item wanted)
before returning it.
Please note that Quay Books will not refund returns postage and packing charges
except in the demonstrable event that the customer has received an unordered
item, an item damaged in transit, or a faulty item.
Refunds are normally processed within a week of receipt of the returned item at
Quay Books. Where refunds are requested, the Customer Services Manager will
search the customer's order record to prevent instances of fraudulent requests.
We will do our best to provide replacement copies of undelivered or returned
items when requested, but Quay Books' only obligation will be to refund
purchase costs. Any replacement item dispatched to a customer claiming
non-arrival will be sent via courier and tracked to ensure delivery.
