Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Here at Quay Books we use a shopping basket system, you need to choose the books you wish you order and click "add to basket" on their information page. You can then continue to shop for more products or continue to the checkout. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to register (this makes it easier for you in the future to order further books). If you are already registered then you will simply need to input your username and pasword.

You will then be taken to the basket and asked for your delivery and credit card details.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Once we recieve your order we process it at our warehouse straight away and send it to you via Royal Mail.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your UK order to you in 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 15 days. Although we ask to please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Tax Charges
VAT is not charged on books, so all your orders will be VAT free.

Credit Card Security
We use Worldpay to process our orders, they use state of the art secure software to handle your credit card details safely. Your card details will never be displayed in a readable format on any computer. You will be able to tell you are using a secure connection when on the worldpay payment page by looking for an "s" in the address, either like this: ".shtml" or like this: "https://".
